Dr. Argo is a proud graduate of Deer Creek (Edmond) High School. He received his undergraduate from the University of Central Oklahoma, Master’s Degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and completed his Doctorate in Administration and Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.
Dr. Argo began his 25 year education career at Deer Creek(Edmond) High School as a geography teacher, and later moved to Alva where he has been a teacher, coach, and administrator. He has spent the last six years as the superintendent of Alva Public Schools.
“What a pleasure it will be to work with Dr. Argo. His passion for education and knowledge on carrying out school vision is admirable and I cannot wait to see his impact on Forgan Public Schools,” says Forgan High School Principal Tatum Radcliff. “It was only eight short years ago I was doing my principalship under Mr. Argo. To reunite and continue that mentorship is such a blessing and honor.”
Dr. Argo has been married to his wife April for 22 years and they have three children, Carly, who will be a freshman at the University of Central Oklahoma; Chance, will be a ninth grader; and Kendall a fifth grader.
